Okay, I'll be honest here. I LOVE how this picture's lines came out...but the colouring kinda adds too much sugar to the mix? I'm not sure. I have the actual traditional sketch open in my sketchbook right here in front of me and it flat-out looks better in my honest opinion. But it barely matters really.
So this picture is a lot brighter than the last two mostly because it's almost completely shading. The only base colour on the entire piece is on the skin. Anyways, despite all of this I don't think the colours quite compliment each other as they could've so for that reason I rank this picture, despite having so retardedly high standards for it, lower than the last picture.
Um, yeah, it's a confusing pose this with her limbs flailing all over the place; I got too wrapped up in the pose that I forgot that the point of these pictures is to show off the clothing, so here's a list of what she's wearing.
= Main costume. = Lesser part of costume. = What should've been on the costume but I forgot.
Dress - shoulderless, low-cut, form-fitting, flowing around the legs. Shoes - Flat heels. Gloves - Elbow length. Accessories - Choker, armheld sash & decorative flower hair ornament. Accessories - Earrings, abdominal sash. (Don't ask about her lack of a mouth; it looks like she should go without on the sketch.) ~~~ "Oh I remember this! I wore this dress to the prom before graduating school; Kris actually made it for me and I've never worn something quite so luxurious since. She personally stylised my hair and made me feel like the most beautiful girl on the planet; of course I realise that's not quite true but I still think that this dress makes me look that little bit better and feel like a princess.
That was certainly a night to remember; the entire night with Sethis was nigh on perfect!" - Jasmine.
"My little sister was going to have what was the biggest night of her life and I couldn't help but spend so much time gathering all the material and spending much too long working on it. We stopped off at Icarus especially for skysilk, which Asphodel of course wasn't too happy about, but it was exactly what that dress needed.
Now I know she said she loved it but I can't help but wonder what she did that night; when the dress came back it was in a sorry state (for a formal dress that is)." - Krisanthemum.
"I think I should explain something that Jasmine neglected to; Sethis is her sweetheart, her boyfriend and her all-round bum-buddy. She met him in her early time at school in Rhodes and the two of them fell in love and started dating. It's a touching story of young affection.
Well anyway, the advantage to being me is that I know everything. The day following her prom her dress came back all messed up as if she'd been raving all night in it (trust me, she doesn't have the stamina to rave that long, or very long at all), the way she blushed and curled up slightly when Sethis was mentioned made it all too clear what happened, to me anyway, although I suspect Asphodel pfobably has the brains to both care and realise.
One word; corkscrew. Corks hold champagne bottles closed. Jasmine's actually quite fond of champagne and wine I'll have you know. As for the second half...well, I already said everyone is a pervert didn't I?
Last point; yes, I'm a terrible sister, but she loves it really, hehehe." - Rosaline.
But thank you~ It's appreciated.
You're welcome. <D
